Living in this busy world it is essential for us to make time to look after ourselves and both yoga and massage can help us with this.
Her classes are open to all levels and she always works to make them accessible to everyone. She loves bringing people together and often creates a social component to the classes.
Kate invites you to take a breath, become present, and just be. She is continually grateful that she can share her passion for yoga and love for massage in such a beautiful part of the world. She is an artist, adventurer, and traveler who loves to spend time by the sea and meet new people.
While she lived in the USA she trained as a yoga teacher with Rolf Gates. He imparted to his students to teach from the heart,
which she has been doing ever since. After relocating to Spain Kate trained as a Raynor Massage Therapist and she continues to learn, develop her skills, and provide bespoke massages for people.
